Parental Agreement Contract

The Parental Agreement is a contract between the nursery & parent/carer's that states the agreed conditions, hours and patterns of access to the EEF. The Parental Agreement also authorises nursery to claim EEF funding on the parent/carer's behalf, without this authorisation we cannot claim EEF funding.

Parents can apply through the Childcare Choices website  If they are eligible, they'll get an 11 digit eligibility code. The code must be shared to the nursery setting along with the main applicants' date of birth, National Insurance Number & child's DOB so an eligibility check and code start dates can be checked and verified.
